It is always cool at any age. I would even say it's better to get one when you're older, because then it's more personal and usually has profound meaning like a landmark or an achievement in your life. Getting a tattoo at a young age is usually done as a fashion statement, trend, or because it's popular. It's usually a very superficial reason. Many times when you're older, you look at the 666 or the words love and hate tattooed somewhere on your body, and wish you could rub it off.

I think a person should be able to get a tattoo at any age! Go for it Granny! I say Hell Yeah. If it makes you feel good~do it! There are draw backs of course, but technology is getting better~ that means better tattoos, inks, and quality. Yee Haww
