Hi Melissa, I assume you are a teenager - if so this is normal. Not very many people experience this but it is considered to be normal for a teenager. It can take several years for your period to become predictable. I know it is annoying, but always be prepared. Keep a little bag in your purse with individually wrapped feminine cloths, panty liners, an extra pair of panties and tampons or pads. Be patient and be prepared.
I hope I have helped you.
FYI - The BC pill does not always regulate periods. You can still experience irregularites while on the pill.

Every one has a clear or yellow looking discharge that happens all month long and sometimes increases during different times of the month. If it ever has a bad smell or itches it could be an infection so go to the doctor if that is the case.

It is normal to have uneven periods for a while when you first get it. And for some it can take a while before it stabelise.
there are also many factors that might interupt the period. like sterss, eating little, too much sports. It is no big deal as long as you doesn't skip alot of periods or if the period isn't regular at all.

no, it never happen to me. If you are a virgin, then you should evaluate your eating habits like taking diet pills, drinking too much of caffeine, doing something new that you have never done before. If you just started exercising that maybe a part of it. It's probably nothing but you can call your ob/gyn doctor's office and find out what's going on if you cannot figure out any new things that you are doing which may cause you to change.
hope i helped you.

there are a lot of factors that can lead to an irregular cycle and if you've just gotten your period for the first time w/in a few months you may skip a few - its normal. other things that can cause irregularity are if you are very athletic, stress, etc... if you are worried talk to someone you trust or go to a doctor but chances are you are absolutely fine.

If you are athletic, or not eating right, or really stressed out it can cause you to skip your period. When I was in athletics in high school I skipped every once in a while, but since i was a virgin, I didn't worry. If fact, I was kinda glad to get a break from it once in a while.

You did not state your age, but if you are under 20, your body is still adjusting to your hormonal changes. You may have a late period, skip a month, maybe have two periods, etc.
This is normal.
Stress, change in diet, lack of sleep, all can affect your body and also your period.

You are a virgin, so you are not pregnant. Duh, you knew that...
But your period won't always start on the same day unless you are on birth control pills, so it's normal for it to be a little different sometimes. Anything from diet to illness can make it be earlier or later than usual. Nothing to worry about.
