need to get the outline ( line art 0 of a scanned picture HELP....

Photoshop should be able to. It does anything and everything as far as I've seen =)

A drawing program like Freehand MX can trace edges nicely.

Download the free trial and see if it works for you.

If you are a student at a college you might be able to buy Freehand's full version very cheaply.

ACDSee is very good for resizing, increasing brightness, sharpness, flipping, rotating, etc and very user friendly.

Photoshop is brilliant for everything . You need to learn how to use it, though. But once you learn, you can do wonders with it.

MS paint (fron Start => programs => accesories => paint) can be useful too and it's very easy to use!

Ze Photo Impact is easy to use. I have been using ze stuff for many years und do vonders vith it.. zay offer a free trial. Go see if you like ze program before you buy it. I like it betterz zen any udder program I have tried.
