a 50/50 chance is a 99/100 not sure because the chances are much lower.
any chances that is in a positive sure gives us a 75% up.
our mind tells us that we knew for the fact the result may be given. but lower to that , if we are not quite sure about it, then, chances are lower. "come what may", if that's what you think.

I dont know what your talking about but I find its perception. If you had a 50/50 chance of winning a million dollars you would doubt your ability to win it but if it were a 50/50 chance of your hose burning down you would perceive your chances as being much higher.
