I think the best of all time QB is not the one with the most best records but the one who won the most football because that is the game plan to score and win more games to get to the SB.

Depends on how you look at it. If winning titles, Montana,. If record books, Marino or Elway. If you mean excitement Steve Young. In the end, Montana kept winning despite being knocked down. He didn't have the protoctypical QB body, but still won. But he did have JErry Rice..
