Could i say:

I have no infectious disease "nor" any sexually transmitted diseases?

No... nor is always used in association with "neither". So the right usage would be "I have neither an infectious disease nor a sexually transmitted one".

The word 'nor' does not alone gives a meaning in a sentence.It is a word in association with 'neither' will only deliver a proper meaning to the sentence.Some people use it as 'I have no fever nor head ache now'. But this is not a correct usage.
'The goal earned by England in FIFA league match was neither a victory for England nor a defeat of Paraguay.'
To negate several points, some people use nor in the beginning of a sentence. This may give a better shape to the total content.

Nor has to follow neither. The same way either/or works, so does neither/nor. It's like the negative version, if that makes any sense.

So you would say, I have neither infectious diseases nor sexually transmitted diseases.
