You can use Nair and just wipe it off which is in my opinion better than anything else. Afterwards, take a bath/shower and lotion your legs - Nair has the disadvantage of being smelly---

or you can use wax. I don't like it, it does hurt when you rip it off--you have to rip the strips off from the bottom up(opposite direction of growing hair)--or,

you can shave with an electric shaver--invest in a good one, that'll pay off.....or

you can shave them with a razor blade type razor--be careful you can get razor bumps. I use Noxema to shave my legs if I can't use my rechargable electric(as is the case when I travel overseas)
Good Luck

It depends on what type of razor you're talking about. If you are using a wet/dry eletric razor, then you can shave your legs with just water or shaving cream. If you are using a regular razor, you should definitly use shaving cream so you don't cut yourself

In the shower, going from the bottom of your legs to the top. Also with your knee locked that way you will avoid cuts from your razor. You should be sitting on the tub floor.
