It looks like she's wearing brown eye shadow with a tan highlighter just under the brow.
Put the medium brown all over the eye. Use a darker brown in the crease, then use the lighter tan (usually shimmer) under the brow bone. You could use a brown eye liner at the base of the lashes.
Use black mascara.
That's how I do my eyes! :)

ok!!get a light brown eyeliner and buy a highliting marker u put dat on the tips of ur eyes and dat makes ur eyes look gorgeous!
