Take vitamins...drinks LOTS of water (clears toxins from your system)...eat right...avoid greasy and spicy foods, and chocolate...get regular sleep at night...try "proactive solution" (it can be ordered on-line)...keep face clean by washing with lever or dial antibacterial soap and rinsing well with warm water...do not over-stimulate pores by using harsh scrubs or either too hot or too cold of water...sunlight or tanning booth once or twice a week will help also, but be limited with this as it can be very drying also...if these things do not seem to be working, see a dermotologist who may want to prescribe antibiotics, etc.

Wash your face at least 2 times a day. Try to keep your dirty hands off your face. Use an astringent, for example Witch Hazel or Sea Breeze will do the trick. Just put some of the astringent on a cotton ball and wipe it on your clean face. Try not to use any makeup like foundation and powders, that just cloggs your pores.

Wash your face gently at least twice a day - use a HOT washcloth to open the pores, then scrub with a rough washcloth and whatever soapy thing you like - soap, cleanser, whatever. Follow with a cool or cold washcloth to close the pores.
Drink lots of water to help keep your system cleaner, and watch what you eat - stay off the fried foods (fries, potatoe chips, chicken) and eat as little chocolate as you can stand.

Avon's Porefection line has really helped me out. There is a cleanser, toner, and lotion w/ salicylic acid. You just have to start out using it very sparingly to avoid drying out. I went from every other day to once a day and now use the cleanser twice daily. I only use the toner and/or lotion once daily. There is also a pore refining mask that you can use more than once a week.

My little sister can only use ProActive. it cleared here acne up within 2 days. using it twice to three times a day. Or you can go to a mall, go into Macys or JCPennys and go to any of the makeup counters and ask for help. They are awesome at stuff like that.

there are different products for different people and skin types. so some products may not work as good for you as they do for other people but i have heard that Proactive is really good. I use clean and clear warming face wash to open my pores. i use clean and clear cooling toner to close my pores it really does work for me. so good luck i hope u find a cure.

1.
You have to give some products TIME to work.
2.
You NEVER, EVER scrub your face. You lightly clean it with your cleanser. You will have RED acne , AND leave scars, so DON'T SCRUB!!
3.
Leave your fingers OFF your face. NEVER touch your face .
Good luck.
