Yes, you can still use tampons if you're a virgin....and no, it doesn't hurt if you know where to put it. Once it's in, you don't even know it's there. The only evidence is the small string that's there so you can remove it later, and that's virtually unnoticeable.
It's all in the technique, really... I've found that it's easiest to insert a tampon if you're sitting on the toilet with your legs wide apart, which relaxes the muscles in your pelvic area. The other trick is to remember to go up and back, towards the center of your body, because that's the direction of the vagina.
It's also wise to use the lowest absorbency that will control your flow...using a tampon that's too absorbent will make it harder to get it out.

Yes virgins can wear tampons. It feels awkward at first but if you insert it right you won't even feel it. Just read the instructions pamplet that comes with it. Also some people say that u lose your virginity by using tampons but you don't. Losing your V, means having sex. So good luck. I recommend tampons if you are really athletic or if you want to go swimming and such. I think they are cleaner than pads.

yes virgins can wear tampons! Just make sure you put it in the right spot. It will be really uncomfortable if you dont get it in there right, but if its in there the right way, it should'nt feel weird. Actually, you probably wont even feel it at all.

I always use pads myself but my sisters use tampons they seem to like them.
But they have change over the years and should be better now. No one can really answer this for you but you can chose from different brands now and see but you don't like just stay with pads there nothing wrong with that too.

Yes, they can. It is really simple, BUT! if if it is not in place right, you will DEFINITELY feel it. You won't feel it at all if you place it right. The directions are just about as close as you can get to doing it right. They are WONDERFUL! ALSO!!! change every three or four hours if you are heavy. You can get stuff from wearing one too long. Ther are also, junior ones for light flow.
