well, biologically, higher chances r he'll have brown eyes
here are specific details:

each one of us has like two cells (the technical terms will probably be wrong coz i studied the whole thing in german and in arabic)
ok back to the subject, each one of us has two cells, which determine the eye colour.. the color blue for example is "weak", techniacally its called "recessive".. the colour brown is "strong", technical term is "dominant"..
each one had two cells, if one has two blue ones then he has blue eyes, if two brown cells then brown eyes.. the problem is in the case of having a brown cell and a blue one? in that case, BROWN prevails, coz its the DOMINANT one.. so, in ur case, YOU have brown eyes, thus, u either have two brown cells, or u have ONE brown cell, which is dominant, and another one, maybe blue, green, any colour "weaker" than brown.
ur girlfriend is the same case.. im not sure where hazel stands at the dominant and receissive thing.. hypothetically, if its dominant, then it could be the case her other cell is for instance blue..
ur chils will take ONE cell from u and ONE cell from her, if he took ur hypothetical blue one and her hypothetical blue one, then he HAS to have blue eyes! if for instance he took UR brown cell and HER blue cell, then he'll have BROWN eyes coz its the dominant one.. and so on
so, in order to solve this, u have to know what other cell u have? r both cells brown or is one blue/green/ ....?? if both ur parents have brown eyes then chances r both ur cells r brown and chances r ur child will have brown eyes as well..

i'll take me as an example now.. my mother has brown eyes, my father blue.. i have blue eyes.. so, what must have been is tht i took one blue cell from my father, receissive, and one blue cell from my mother, coz HER FATHER has given that cell to her.. only she has brown eyes coz its the DOMINANT one, the brown one, so the blue cell is sort if hidden..

phew! u must hate me now i've made it sooo complicated :) u probably were expecting an answer like "brown!" hehe :)

hope i helped!

Well my mom has brown eyes and my dad has hazel eyes and I ended up with blue eyes...So did my two half-brothers by a different father, so obviously we got the blue recessive gene from my mom's side...but yah, eye color can come from anyone in your family.

brown is a dominant color...you can pretty much count on brown BUT on the other hand genetics has its own way of working out so it is a mystery
