in pokemon fire red where can you find the ruby and sapphire to fix the network machine?

Yay! A Pokemon question! *just finished LeafGreen a few days ago*


First off, you have to defeat the Elite Four (once).

The Ruby is on One Island, there's two Team Rocket goons hanging out near Mt. Ember, battle them and enter the cave they're guarding. Solve several "boulder puzzles" and you'll find the Ruby. Joy. Give it to Celio.

The Sapphire is alot harder to find. First, go to Six Island and find the Dotted Hole. Use cut to open it, then go

1) Up
2) Left
3) Right
4) Down

to find the Sapphire. Only to have a scientist steal it :(

Go to the Team Rocket Warehouse on Five Island next. Make your way through the annoying maze and finally battle the scientist/thief who took your gem. Give gems to Celio, and you can trade with Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.
