I only blame Bush for his screw-ups. It's not my fault that there are so many.

Because they have been spoon fed the lies that their party leaders tell them. Howard Dean said his only plan was to bash Bush. The liberal don't have a single issue of their own all they can do is stand by and watch more and more elections lost to Republicans. The congressional race in California was going to be their bellwether election. They were going to win, but they didn't. Now all they can do is worry and complain. Remember when they were(and still are) saying Bush is an idiot? Turns out that he scored higher on his IQ than D student Kerry. They complain about the war, but they voted for going. They complain about FEMA, but they voted to put that under Homeland Security. They even blame Bush for the bad economy when it's stronger now than in the last 4 years. They complain about not having any money, but unemployment is only 4.3% They complain about not sending the National Guard to New Orleans, but the Democrat Governor didn't ask for them. They say bush's poll numbers are low, but so was Clinton's during his second term and they are a lot higher than Kerry's or Gore's right now and Congress. They have even complained about Global Warming and melting ice when it was hotter in the 1800's before there were many factories and they fail to mention that the south pole and the Sahara Dessert were once tropical rain forests.

Actually, that reasoning combines two of the 7 rhetoric arguements called "the straw man" and "over-labeling".
Over-labeling:
"Liberals" enjoy "liberties", you know, those wierd little things guaranteed in our Bill of Rights. To imply anything else you would need to get more specific in your labeling. There's many other "-isms" which have attached themselves to liberalism, including conservatism (yes folks, there is a such thing as "conservative liberalism"). In a classical sense, "western libaralism", of which EVERYONE in the western world practices, has only been used as a basis of comparison with mid-east reactionaries. Despite what you think, Ann Coulter suffers from a mental disorder called Histrionic PD, one of the symptoms being that she can't tell the truth about even harmless things in her personal life. Don't copy her irrational arguements, bad news.
Straw-man:
This is where you make up a most ridiculous extreme to be applied to an arguement (build a straw man) and then knock it down. "Liberals", to borrow your broad term which I assume means "anyone that disagrees with George Bush", don't blame him for silly things, but do resent the numerous crimes this administration has perpetrated against the American public. Note, however, that being in a leadership position and changing the rules when you get caught breaking them doesn't count as being retro-actively honest.
I suggest you start by learning what a "liberal" is, if not for anything other than to "know thy enemy".

Politics as usual, of course :)
When Clinton was president, conservatives all over the nation faulted him for anything that went wrong. Even now, FOX News and right-wing talk radio keeps blaming "the liberal media" for anything bad.
So it's only natural for liberals to blame everything from global warming to why their gas prices are too high on Bush, even if he has only a slight actual effect.

I wouldn't go so far as to blame ole' Bushie Jr. for the rain, but when the buffoon in charge of our country seems to be doing his best to set our society back 100 years, it's an easy task to make a punching bag out of him for a lot of other things.
Take into consideration that if a more liberal party were in power, the conservatives would be doing the same thing. No one side will ever be completely satisfied.

No, they don't. To the best of my knowledge, the Democrats have not blamed the Civil War or the Fall of the Roman Empire on George W Bush. I also think he gets a pass on Krakatoa, but everything else, he gets the blame.

I am a liberal but i toatally agree with you. I know that its NOT all bush's fault. But liberals dont like Bush, therefore if we put more blame on him then we feel like our beliefs are justified.
However, i do NOT blame Bush for everything that goes wrong. But you do have to admit that he has done some STUPID things.

Liberalism is, in large part, based on the belief that all people are equal, and the concepts of moral, and immoral, are matters of opinion, based on culture. By this belief, it's clearly wrong to hate anyone. The problem comes from the undeniable fact that the human brain is hard-wired to NOT see all people as equals. That's why our media reports daily on American troop losses, but not Iraqi losses. So, when society holds someone up as acceptable to hate, without having to feel guilty about it, many people jump at the chance.

Do you mean besides the fact that hes an "ILLITERATE IDIOT"? I mean were talking about a guy who cant sit and eat a pretzel without choking, passing out, falling down and giving himself a shiner. He tried to ride a "Segway" without turning it on, and fell flat on his face. This is the leader of the Free World? We need to raise the bar a little, don't you think? But Georgie Boy will probably lose an eye from it. Maybe he needs to wear a helmet for his own protection. What an Embarrassment to America!

Bush is not a very liked public figure. Even some conservatives blame him for things now. He's just a lame duck right now.

Liberals have no plan for this country and can only attempt to regain power by trashing President Bush.
If liberals truly had better policies they would not need to constantly refer to conservatives as racist, hateful, and uncaring.
