I am relocating from boston to kuwait and my american citizen 2 years old son has some challenging medical issues. I need to have him have a general check up in the U.S. at least once a year.
the thing is that I will not be residing in U.S. anymore. How can I find a health insurance that would pay for such medical visits to the U.S..
If I can prove the complication of his condition for which follow-ups in the U.S. are deemed necessary, Can I get help from the American Embassy in Kuwait, knowing that he is an american citizen?

There are many modern hospitals in Kuwait and other Gulf countries. The checkups needed for your son may be available at these countries and you may not need to go to the US for that. I suggest contacting the US Embassy in Kuwait and let them help you in finding hospitals in Kuwait or other countries nearby who provide the checkups needed for your son. Welcoming you to my country, and wishing you and your son the best.
