Point out the advantages of having her own place, such as less noise, more freedom to do the things that her son might not be able to do now (playing outside), they'll meet more people and there will be better influences for her son, more children for him to play with and so on. You can also point out the disadvantages of her remaining there. The noise. The bad influences that might be around, and other dangers to her living there.

In the end, however, it's her descision. Just try to make her understand that you want what's best for them both.

Its going to be hard as you know by now!

So there's only a few things to do I know this my hurt your heart but if your daughter and grand child is in your eyes.
Living in a dangerous conditions there may be reason your eyes or blind too { Party Apartment }.

There's aways a reason for ever thing she likes the party therefore go get your Grandchild put the child with someone you trust and prepare yourself for what ever.

This is your daughter go back and end the party!!!
I'm a single dad of a girl and she's only 12 but what ever age she is I'm willing to face what ever to insure her safety.

assuming that she is reasonably intelligent, I would say that she knows what she is living in and until she feels the need to move on, she will only consider your advice as butting into her life. Obviously she is also self centered enough that she isn't into considering what is best for the kid.

well if she wants to party there's not much you can do

if she's ready to move on then you could offer to help her with moving expenses
