I don't know but if I were her I would forgive you but I would move on to find friends that would be loyal and come to my aid not turn people against me. You guys were wrong. Just try saying you are sorry and tell people the rumor is not true. Fix her up with a guy or something. I don't know cause my friends have never done that to me and if they did I would question our friendship.Would you???

You don't sound like a best or good friend to me but just let her know you are sorry then learn how to be better friend and don't talk about your friends behind their back. Also let everybody you told that know that you are a horrible friend and the rumor wasn't true and hopefully she can find better friends than you

Tell people that it wasn't true, then they will spread it. Once most of the people know that your best friend isn't gay, tell you're best friend that you're sorry and you've already fixed it.
Ex: "I am so sorry, I did something that I shouldn't have done. But don't worry, I've fixed it, and it's ok now........."
Say that you're sorry first, then explain what happened. If you say what you did first, she might be very mad and walked away before you tell that you're sorry.

Heartless girls. What part of bisexuality scares the hell out of you? In grade school they called me a lesbo...but 25 years later, look who is the lesbian? Human sexuality is a complex issue, and messing with someones head can cause permanent trauma. I don't think that you and your friend deserve this girl's friendship, sorry to say.

Don't you know a vicious rumor can hurt a person's life.
If it was me I would not accept you apology.
However, instead of going face to face with her, write her a note or email and ask if you can talk to her to apologize.
She may not be ready to see you.

you need to make sure eveyone knows it is a rumor and that you started it - you may never get your friend back - and you are the WORST bestfriend anyone has ever had!!
I would not blame her if she never forgives you!!
with friends like you why would she need enemies?!?!?!?!?!

Write her a letter with a sincere apology. Make several copies and hand them out to all those to whom you passed the rumour. You may never regain her friendship but you should regain some self respect.

Some ppl can accept it and some cannot. For me, i prefer use SMS... hehehe... if she didnt forgive u, meet face to face... maybe you can give her a special gift... hehehe... she is girl... girl is more easy than guy.
