Can any one help?? My wax pot unfortunately was knocked over and the entire contents of "cream wax" have dripped onto a pile of clean washing. I now have a bundle of clothes stuck together with the stuff and was wondering if anybody had a great way of getting it off of my clothes? Thanks in advance :-)

Try placing a paperbag over the stain. Then iron it onto the paperbag. Hope it works!!!

Hmmm.. I'm not sure if this will work but it's worth a shot. Try to separate the clothing first (carefully). Then buy a big bottle of wax remover from the beauty supply store. Apply the remover in circular motion to the wax on the clothes and it should come off in clumps. That has happened to me once, but with that honey bee wax. That's like impossible to clean, but it works. Anything with an oil base will do the job. Even baby oil, but that may ruin your clothing depending on what kind of clothes. Good Luck to you !

Soak the clothest that are affected in hot water, you should then be able to get them separated, then do what the others have suggested and iron with a paper bag ovwer the affested area, it will probably need to be a hot iron though, make sure you have it on the hottest setting that the clothes will take

Heat up your clothes iron and then place a sheet of paper over the affected area of clothing... running the iron over the spot will cause the wax to melt and wick into the paper....
it'll take a little while, but it works!

I know this sounds crazy, but I spilled wax on a shirt of mine and couldn't get it out. I used some of the suggestions already given to no avail. I finally got desperate and I used RESOLVE carpet cleaner. It didn't ruin my shirt but got the wax out.

If you can separate them and use the ironing technique it will eventually work - I find kitchen roll more effective than ordinary paper - also good for grease spots on clothes. Good Luck !!

i'm not sure this is possible! Hot wash will shrink some of your clothes... have you got insurance?
