Don't date Victoria, I hear she's a hussy!

Make time for you!! Go join a gym or a club where you have an interest and meet people. From there you can network. GOOD LUCK!!

Cut down on work! If you can afford to stop, then it must be worth it. The amount you get paid for an hour's work could never buy you an hour spent with friends- and you've said that you have no time to find friends because of work! Maybe just cut a couple of hours off a week, and start an evening class, or go to the pub, or whatever you enjoy. I was told to 'work to live', not 'live to work', and I think it's a good approach... no job can be worth your own happiness.

Good luck!

Of course, a pretty low maintenance way to make friends and communicate would be to spend your hours at work on YA- it seems a lot of people do it now... but come one! You can do better than that...

In the same boat. I'm working on my career, paying off debts. The difference with me is that I'm raising two boys as a single dad. At times I want the companionship in my life, but I just don't know if I'm up to the effort.

It's been my experience that workaholics work that much by choice. Usually because they like to focus on the work in their life rather than the people in their life. So ask yourself, am I looking to be with someone just so I'll have someone to ignore? Why wait until you meet someone to start working less? If it's important to meet someone you'll do it the otherway around; work less and devote yourself to a quality search. That way you don't project the image of being to busy/important to commit to a relationship. This tends to scare the healthy relationship prospects off.

What's more important, money or love?

If it's money, you carry on doing what you're doing and just hire women by the hour when you need a bit of...stimulation.

If it's love, find a new job that either allows you more free time or involves working in an environment full of hot women.

Choice is yours my friend.

How about online meeting? You will meet a lot of other people in the same situation like you are. You might have fun, might meet some friend or you might meet someone special..No one knows! It's important that you try..

Join the club, my friend. But don't give up. Thing's will "pan out" soon for you. Don't ask me how I know,I just Do. Try to put aside a time lot,for yourself. If your life is work, you will have to work on your life too. So start putting, yourself,on the schedule. Work at that!
