is it good for a uneducated iranian student to live and graduate in US ?by which way?

I don't get what you mean by your question. Please explain,
If you ask whether it is good that you are from Iran and at the same time getting education in the USA, then in the USA you will not have any problems, if you go to Iran there everything depends on the political situation in your country, if they accept American education then you won't have any problems, but if they don't accept American education then you might have problems.
Actually, you yourself should know if American education is OK for you or not. How people around the world can know it?
