is it dat we evolved from apes but they're still apes on the earth? like are they still to evolve?

We didn't evolve from apes in the way that most people think. We evolved from a separate species that contemporary apes evolved from, of a hominid type.

Not all members of a species evolve the same way. It depends on environment.
