Just wondering if anyone else from Detroit or the Detroit area ever posts or answers questions in the Travel-Detroit section. If so where are you from originally and or where are you now? If you never lived in the Detroit area, where are you from?

Since you only posted this question 22 hours ago without any response, I will go ahead and answer. I grew up in Wayne/ Westland area in the Western Suburbs of Detroit. Lived there until I was 22. My Dad had a business in Ann Arbor for 43 years. I worked in the family business in Ann Arbor for about 5 years.
I lived in the South (Tenn for 5 years and NC for 12 years). I have been in NYC for almost 7 years now. My wife and I still have family and friends in NYC. Although my family moved out to Farmington Hills about 3 years ago.
Where abouts in the Metro area do you live?

WE LIVE IN LINCOLN PARK WHICH IS JUST A FEW MINUTES FROM DETROIT. lIVED HERE MOST MY LIFE.
