Ok, I am 275 lbs, but I have a ton of muscle and do not look it at all. People think I weigh in the 220's, Oh I am 6'1. It is weird but my breast seem to large I went on a diet and lost 65 lbs and they never went down. They stayed the same. When I was a kid in school I was made fun of because of them. I have gained the weight back because that was the only reason I wanted to lose it. Is there any surgery or anything I can do to help this? It sounds stupid but I used to be skinny and still had this problem. Thanks.

I am assuming that you are a male. If so, it sounds like you have gynecomastia. It's a condition present in 10% of men where they have breast tissue. Gynecomastia is usually caused by a hormone imbalance... you could have excess estrogens or prolactin. Either way, you need to see a doctor and have them test your Estrogen, Prolactin, LH and FSH hormone levels. If your gynecomastia is being caused by a treatable lesion, appropriate steps will be taken. If it is merely a genetic cause, then you may opt to have a gynecomastecomy in the future. Of course this surgical procedure is purely cosmetic.

I think it's funny that you call them breast. LOL, but seriously . I'm 6'1" and 265 lbs. I really don't have any fat on my body. Replace it with muscle that's what I would do.

Yes. The condition is called gynecomastia, and a general or plastic surgeon will be able to fix the problem.
