how to change my mail home page theam?

In yahoo mail go to mail options, then select colors and click on the color scheme you want, then click save. If you mean for a
"my yahoo" home page click on change colors and pick the theme you like, then click save.
If you mean for outlook express, I don't think you can change the theme, it just kind of goes with whatever theme you are using on your desktop.
