WWW.SUNNYWANTSOME.com is the best one...easy to remember and it will have more hits...plus the chances of showing up at the search engine...when someone wants to search products related with ur site.....i know this because i do the same.......i work for a domain sellers....and believe me it does help to have a shorter and smaller domain name...Cheers

us is for united states website. com is for commercial like business. net is for network. org is for an non profit organization. If this is a personal website I would recommend .net

Definitely www.sunnywantsome.com. It's more natural to type in .com than .us. Also "sunnywantsome" is catchy.
