Where can I buy chirstmas lights (fairy lights) in France?

My sister wants me to find out where to get like 500 long string flower lights that you can put on your christmas tree. She bought these string lights with artificial flowers around them in Thailand and sold them in California. Now she's going to France with the money she made and thought it would be a good idea to buy some there. but she doesn't know where? Please help
