i want to start a small business selling on ebay. I have no clue. If someone can put a list of things to do and, why I have to do what ever your listing

You first have to get some products to sell
If you go on http://www.liquidation.com/index.html?tid=DC00002091 they have pallets of every kind of thing you can purchase for cheap....check it out
If you do that you can sell them on Ebay.

First, register on ebay. Next look for the tutorials and the online university. Take the tutorial, then go through the instructions given by the online university. That should get you well on your way.
