Depends how old you are. If you're under 18, your mom has to go in the room with you anyway. May as well tell her, and find 10 bucks and take another preg test. If it's a second positive, you're probably seriously positive.

If the test said positive, you are pregnant. If you can get a ride to the local planned parenthood or doctor's office, they will see you without notifying your parents. In fact, they cannot notify your parents. I reccommend that you go ahead and tell your mom the truth. That being said, you may tell your mom that you are having some female problems, and would like to see a gynocologist. Ask her if she will take you. If she knows you are sexually active, you may say that you are late, and would like to know why. If you dont want to tell her anything, she's probably not going to take you. You might speak with a close friend's mom, and see if she will take you. Tell her why you need the ride, and that you want to know for sure before you tell your mom. Good Luck!!

panda is right. if you are under 18, she is going to know anyways. now, if you can find a family clinic in your area, and someone that can take you as your guardian, that is the best you can do for now. if you don't want your mom to know until you are a 100% sure that's ok, but if you already took a home test and came out positive, I think you should have a talk with her before she finds out, moms are very smart about that. And anyways, she will be the one helping you when you need her the most...trust me.

It depends on how old you are and what stae you live in. But it actually might just be better to tell her now so you have her support or can start earning that from her. And if it turns out you're not pregnant I hope you've learned to wait a while longer till you have more unprotected sex.

In all honesty, be straight forward. If you are mature enough to be a parent you need to be mature enough to openly admit that. Why hide it? Your mom will appreciate your honesty although she may not be tickled about it just yet, nothing melts the heart like a grand baby. Be strong and honest. After all if you are, you are going to have to tell her anyway.. Good luck and Congratz.

If you go to Planned Parenthood or CareNet in your area, they can give you free tests. But in a regular doctor's office, you will need a parent or guardian over 18.

go to planned parenthood...you dont need your parents and theyre not alloud to tell them your there...and everything is free if your under 18. if you dont have one maybe try your local health department.....but i would take another pregnancy test first...if it comes out positive too then you should just tell your mom. she will prolly not take it as bad as you think and will help you get the health care you need

You may as well tell her now, then if you are and you didn't say anything she will be mad because you decieved her and because you are pregnant.

if you tell her now, then at least she will know what she is getting into taking you to the doc.

if you are gonna have a baby you will need her help anyway, sounds like.

If it said you are 98% of the time they are correct. Maybe get a friend too take you if you do not want to tell her. But you will probably have to tell her if you want her to take you.
