First, Witchcraft is NOT a religion. It's a craft.
Yes, it exists today. There are many different types of witches, as already stated. There are people from many different walks of life, religions, etc., who practice witchcraft.
Not everyone who is Wiccan or Pagan practices Witchcraft. Witchvox has already been mentioned; it's a good site to get some information.

Yes, its a religion. Its called Wicca and it has nothing to do with the stereotypes the media makes it out to be. Wiccans don't "sacrifice animals" That goes against the religion. They don't "serve the devil" They aren't christian and so they don't have the Christian devil. The Wiccan rede says: An it harm none, do as thou wilt. This means do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. That is the most basic belief in wicca.
Their are also "black magic" witches and these aren't actually witches. They are confused devil worshipers.
I hope the following websites help you understand the religion, although I haven't been on them.

Voodoo still exists in places like Haiti. If you count that as witchcraft. Some would say that exercisms are witchcraft, and the Catholic church practices that.

I'm Wiccan so I only practice White Magic. I am a strong believer in treating other's as I would want to be treated and respect everything and everyone around me.

every hear of Wicca? Go to Google and type it in and there you go. Yes, I do practise solo and it does work.
Exorcisms are not witchcraft.....It is invoking the spirit of God into the body and commanding the demon out in the name of God.
