I have the Sims Expansion Collection, Volume 3 which contains Sims Vacation and Superstar. I have 2 computers, and each time I try to load these games in on either computer, they don't work! Something goes wrong with the neighborhoods, or it doesn't load in. Can you PLEASE help me!? Is it the discs, or my computers?! I am sooo frustrated, because I always have trouble with these 2 games! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

check to see if your game needs a "patch". I'm not sure who put the game out, but if you go to their website, your game may need a patch. Good luck. Nothing more frustrating than having a computer game you can't play.

You need the original Sims cd. Get "The Sims: Double Deluxe Edition" or "The Sims:Deluxe Edition" or "The Sims" before you can play. The expansion packs just add more features, but you really need one of those three cds to play. Install the original sims first then install the expansion pack.

It might be your computer. Go to control panel and then SYSTEMS and check your system configurations.

You need to have a computer that is compatible with the game before you install it. This includes having enough memory and having the correct video and graphic card.

If you installed it correctly, and if it keeps freezing up, then I would check your graphics card. I think it might be possible that you need to update your driver. Go to http://www.windrivers.com and find out what updates you need.

Ummm..... is your comp. Windows or Mac? Did you buy the right kind?
