You should change your bed once a week. In the middle of the week you should only change pillow cases because the dirt and oils from your face cause bacteria as well from drooling in your sleep. The sweat from sleeping as well as bacteria stays in the sheets and transfers to your body, which could cause you to possibly make you ill. Always wash sheets and pillow cases in hot, soapy bleach water(if the sheets are not to be bleached,) wash them ,then run second rinse cycle. Always dry sheets in hot dryer this kills everything. You also should wash your bedding as well every 4-6 mo. This is what I do at my house for my bed and my kids beds. Hope this helps. Good luck! Why would you post this Q in the first place if you were making a joke?Hope someone else may benefit from the time everyone took to answer your Q. There are alot of good answers that other people can use. Your one stupid A**H*** you JERK! oh, also you need to learn to spell!

It's kind of difficult to wash two comforters weekly. Is there any reason you don't use sheets?
In the winter I change sheets once a week and twice a week in the summer. I don't know what to advice you on the comforter thing.

I knew someone who washed her sheets every third day. I, however, do it weekly. It depends on where you live, if you shower before going to bed, and what kind of waste your body emits through it pores at night. Think about it...the skin is one of the largest disposers of waste in the body. Think about skin cells sloughing off 24/7. Microscopic skin mites,,,Did I cover everything?

Well since you don't use sheets, you will have to wash your comforters once a week just as if they were sheets. Easier and faster to just use sheets.
