I've come across two things that work very well. The sneaky one is Juicy Fruit chewing gum. Without toouching it with your bare fingers, Just drop a stick into each entrance of of it's litle network. It'll eat the gum and will constipate to death. the next one is electrocution. Water your lawn. where you see the little bugger tunneling stick one end of the wire ahead of it and one end behind it. Then go plug it in. It'll give him a little mole heart attack before it trips the circut breaker. Repeat as necessary.

Go to a hunting supply store and buy a bottle of either fox or bobcat urine. Poke a few small holes in the mole runs and put a couple of drops of the urine in them. This will scare the mole away as the fox and the bobcat are two of the mole's biggest predators. The mole will not stay if it thinks either one of these animals is nearby.

When the moles start working (you will be able to see them working since their mounds are probably visible) stand at the mound that are are working at and when then start moving the mound take a hoe and force into the working area.

They are such a pain and can just destroy your yard and this is the only thing we do to rid them.

When the hoe hits them, it will kill them. It might take a little practice but it will work and they seem to work the yard around the same time every day.

There is a device that sticks into the ground that emits a sound that we do not hear but the moles hear and do not like. Mole repeller is sold by Northern Tool & Equipment for one source. These are powered by battery or solar energy.

if you like dogs terriors are really a good digger dog. Most of the time they will get the moles before you know you have a problem, but since you already have the moles the terrior will really have holes in your yard but they will get them.Usually they dont kill them but play with them to death. They also like to bring them to you because the are so proud of what they have done. Then the mole is yours.

emergency flares work very well! You just go to any mole hole and light a flare then place it into the hole and the smoke from the flare drives them out and they don't return. My husband did this while working in a hosta nursery. Moles love to eat hosta. He only had to do it for 1 month and the critters never came back!

I have tried the gum, mole traps, pellets and everything else. The only thing that works is the PITCHFORK. It is difficult to do, but watch where he is and FORK him. There you go, he's dead and you didn't have to spend any money. When you see another one, FORK that one too.
