My husband is a diesel mechanic and a painter. He comes home from work all the time with all kinds of gease all over his clothes. the most common one is oil. the thing I use s Hair spray. just spray it on until the grease spot is completely saturated let it sit for about 1 minute and wash in cold water. this will remove the stain.

Here is a couple to try.
Pour Coca-Cola onto the grease spot and rub it in.
Then pour some more on the spot and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Launder your clothes with detergent as usual. Pour the rest of the coke
it in the washing machine at the start of the wash cycle

For laundry detergent, add 1/3 cup of washing soda as machine
fills with water. When full, add clothes and 1 1/2 cups of
pure soap powder. If the water is hard, add 1/4 cup (60 ml)
soda or 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar during the first rinse. For
heavily soiled items, try presoaking in warm water
with 1/2 cup (125 ml) washing soda for 30 minutes.
Rub the soiled areas with liquid soap or a solution
of 2 Tbsp (30 ml) washing soda in 1 cup (250 ml) warm water.

For grease, rub with a damp cloth that has borax on it,
or rub with soap and baking soda.

My grandma used to believe in the term "grease takes out grease". She used hard white Crisco shortening. Rub it in with a toothbrush then rinse and wash. Should work for you.

The only thing I've heard of is paint thinner! May as well try it if you will have to throw the garment out otherwise.

Keep up the good work over there!
