Syntax syntax syntax. Look carefully at the f*&^ed up sender versus the real one by the same apparent name. They usually change the spelling or don't capitalize properly or even add a punctuation mark in the sender name that don't belong. Once you get used to spotting it, it'll be easy to avoid opening by mistake or marking the real ones as spam.
