I'd differ with the previous answer...when using any scratch "remover", don't rub the material onto the CD in a circular manner. Apply from the inside hole outward toward the edge of the CD/DVD surface. One method that often works is to apply "Brasso" polish as per the directions on the can. apply very little cold cream to the surface of the disc and spread uniformly throughout the surface and be sure to rub the cream in a circular movement and NOT linear!
