I'm gonna have to go for the purple silk one with matching flats as I feel the black & blue is too much of a goth color to put on for a happy occasion like a wedding lol!
Still I have no clue as to Armenian culture so maybe the black number might work...? Your call.
Overall, cocktail dresses are a great choice made from fabrics like chiffon, silk & organza that has a bit of a shine to it; looks luxurious. Though a word of warning: DON'T try to upstage the bride! It's her day after all:)

I would go with the purple dress and purple flats for a wedding, also the style of the dress does matter too. Less formal wedding would be mean a less formal dress, also the time of year and time of day matter as to how you should dress.

Black and blue doesn't go with brown! It's a cardinal sin! Definitely go for the Purple, it sounds nice with the flat shoes.
