Aggregate Diamond Nanorods, Ultrahard Fullerite, and Beta Carbon Nitride are all harder than diamond. I think Aggregate Diamond Nanorods are the hardest of them all.

diamond I think? thousands of years of pressure on carbon, or coal or whatever, and it compacts it so hard you gt a diamond. But I could be wrong it could be some type of metal.
