1. Celibacy...hard to take I know but this technique is widley used for saving up your testosterone. In fact most boxers, martial artist and general sports stars enforce a "no sex Policy" for weeks before a sporting event such as a fight. By doing so they ensue that their testosterone in saved up to give them a clearer sharper edge.
2. Hormones...Most gyms e.t.c will generally have a "shady" person who could sort you out with either testosterone or steroids which increase testosterone. However it should be obvious that you should never ever go down this road. Alternatively you could get them off your doctor.
3. Physical training improves the production of testosterone.
4. Mental aggression is key to gaining extra testosterone. Testosterone is a survival hormone linked to aggression the angrier you get the more testosterone you have. Strange as it seems even listening to angry music like hard rock (or even awful rap music) can increase testosterone. However achieve significantly higher levels of testosterone you must change your whole mental perception, which could involve changing your clothes, speech patterns e.t.c to reinforce this way of thinking. If you are dedicated this could improve your testosterone level.
I take it the reason that you want to improve your testosterone levels is for one of the following reasons:
1. Be more aggressive
2. Improve muscle mass
3. Both
If so then a supplement may be the best option, however remember that their is to much of a good thing. To much testosterone can cause mood swings, breast growth, excessive hair growth and other side effects. My favourite is that your body may stop producing testosterone to cope with such high levels of the hormone, the body then produces female hormones to cancel this out, meaning that you could end up with man boobs and shrunken balls.
All I saying is that if you do decide to supplement you testosterone BE CAREFUL, sadly celibacy, training and mental practise are the hardest, but safest options.

There are ways to increase your testosterone levels...
1) More vigerous exercise... Good cardio-vascular and weights programme... Also most martial arts... Aggression is triggered by testosterone and visa versa...
2) More sex does it too...
3) Porridge oats is thought to contain high levels of testosterone...

other than testosterone injections, i have no idea.
perhaps consuming heaps of proteins might help, but i'm not a doctor so i don't know.
and if this gets picked as a best answer i'm throwing a party for everyone, protein shakes and energy bars are on the house totally free of charge.
