I do.

I have a terrible memory, so every day I write down what I wore to work that day on a calendar. The purpose is so that I don't wear something right after I already wore it, because I won't remember.

My friend saw my calendar and said she does that too. Got me wondering if any other women do that? Or some other form of organization of your clothes?

I never did that. I just wear what I fee like, sometimes I repeat more clothes than others, only because they are at the top of the pile in my closet or most recently washed. When I dig around I discover outfits I forgot a bout and make a point to wear them. I love clothes so I mostly know what I wore and when I wore it.

I sometimes try to plan my outfits if I'm travelling and I need a specific number of outfits.. to make sure I have enough clothes.. other times I just throw a whole bunch of clothes in my suitcase! I travelled with friends last summer and some of them wrote down what they wore so they'd know what the wore and what to repeat.

For a while I took a hint from Jeff Goldblum's character in The Fly and had several sets of identical clothes, so I never had to spend time thinking about what to wear. (In my case it was black t-shirts, blue jeans, and white sweat socks.) I still do it mostly that way except now I have t-shirts in different colors. But I usually just grab the first one out of the drawer.

Guys are lucky; we can get away with this and nobody says anything. The standards are lower for us. I think women are happy if we manage to get out of the house without wearing anything with a hole or a food stain.

I just wear clothes, throw them in the hamper, and by the time I've washed them it's the next week. No problem. Besides, so what if I did wear something right after I already wore it? Who is going to care? And if someone does care, they are WAAAY to shallow to be someone I want to associate with, anyway.

I really should start doing that because I can never remember when I wore anything. Every time I start though I get out of the habit and get confused all over again.

no, i remember what i wore. If i cant then i just call my friend or someonw ho saw me. And besides wearing the same thing twice isnt that bad (as long as its not like the shirt) but wearing jeans 2 days oin a row is okay. I have done it plenty of times

No i never do that. But if it works for you go ahead and do it. I dont care if i wear something too soon again as long as it is clean it doesnt matter. Plus i always can remember what i wore in 1 week.

i did that for about a week or two when i first started college, but after a while i just stopped. i got lazy i guess..
but i feel what you said about having a bad memory & not wanting to wear something back to back (well you kno what i mean).

hmmm.. i don't think she meant 2 days in a row.. nobody's memory should be that bad. what she probably meant is wearing something Thursday, then wearing the same exact thing again on Monday or so..

Not really. But i never wear the excact same outfit twice! I mean if i pick out an outfit and I've already worn the one i know for some freaky reason! But alot of people do write down their outfits so it's not a bad idea I just personaly don't do it!

I don't, but i really don't have to. I work in a lab, so I wear a lab coat & khakis (I have like 10 pairs of Khakis) everyday to work, which is pretty much what eveyone I work with wears, too. If I had a job where I had to look good everyday, I probably would keep track somehow, too. My Mom, who was a bank officer, used to rotate her suits and shoes so she wouldn't wear the same thing too often.

I used to rotate the clothes in my closet so that I would know what I wore and not repeat it within a two-week period, but now that I'm a little older, I just simply do not care!
