Eventually she may just dry up. If you are talking about a problem where she is building up and cannot express her milk, then you need to call a vet really soon. Here is a link that gives lots of info on milk goats, but it doens't specifically answer your question.

Sh'll eventually go dry (stop making milk) and the milk will slowly resorb in her system. keep an eye on her though they are more prone to mastits during this process
