Normally Seven to Eight Hours r quite enough for a healthy person
but if u want to sleep u should/must sleep n try to relax ur self as much as u can
If u'll be relax u can work n do things with concentration n easily without tiredness

u can sleep for about 11 houres if u can help it but if u cant no less then 8 hours maximum of a sleep that someone can have

a person is supposed to sleep for approximatly 8 hours a night,
however many get a lot less,
even if you have trouble sleeping the main thing is not panic about it, a person can function for several days without any..and the body will eventually drift off when tired enough

The clinical answer would depend on your age. Most professionals would advise 8 hrs a night of sleep is recommended.

DEPENDS ON HOW YOU ARE FELLING INSIDE.SLEEP IS VERY GOOD FOR YOU,EVEN IF YOU CATCH A COUPLE OF HOURS DURING THE DAY. I HAVE ABOUT 5 TO 6 HOURS AT NIGHT AND 2 HOURS ABOUT 6 PM
