The easiest way to isolate the muscles you're looking for is next time you pee, stop peeing mid-flow. Once you find the muscles, you can do the exercises anywhere and no one will no. Start by holding them to a count of 5 and work your way up to 10.

Just squeeze your butt muscles as tight as you can..Not sure what your doing or if this is the right answer for you

Its using the same muscles that you use to hold it in when you have to go to the bathroom...so just pretend you have to go and squeeze!

Kegals are pretty simple, and its cool becuase you can do it anytime anywhere :D

Think about when you go pee, you can stop it midstream right? When you stop it you are doing a kegal exercise. :) Simple as that.

next time you go pee, try to start, then stop, and hold it in, then start, then stop again over and over. once you identify with exactly what muscles you're using it will be easy.
