actually GTA: San Andreas was almost sued because there actually IS a cheat to get everybody on the game to be girls, naked, and run around with dildos. But they claim that somebody else made this cheat. and somebody else actually did its called the hot coffee cheat, you can mod your xbox for it or you can just type it in if you have it on PC. i dont know the particular cheat tho

you cannot get anybody totally naked, the best cheat though is all guns, just get on a roof and pick off people as they walk by with a sniper rifle. The massive girl cheat just gets annoying after a while. However you can always just start killing them. The only way to have sex though is do the quests, or pick up prostitutes, though you cant see anything.

Its a video game not a porno.... there are no cheats to make them naked, and the 'chick magnet' cheat is more of a nuisance than anything else.

you can only get one prostitute to come to ur car if u wanna have sex with them...it doesnt require a code....all u do is pull over and blow ur horn at them....when they come to ur car just waut and they'll get in...then u have todrive to a private secluded place...like on the beach or behind some bushes...then dont press any buttons, the car will move and hop on its own...but be careful she's taking ur money by the second, but when she's done u can kill her and get ur money back...u shouldnt get any stars because no one can see u.
