For the first question, attracting a lot of attention? Ghost Rider, not in a good way, because something they say in the trailer accidentally (I hope!) is similar to a Klan slogan.
But as to what will be the big hit I think it will be one of these three: World Trade Center, Pirates of the Caribbean 2, or Miami Vice.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2, the 1st one was such a hit, I think people just can't wait for the 2nd(judging from the reactions in theatre from the trailers)

lol x-3 came out way before june 16th.
i think superman might do good
but what a lot of people are waiting to see is pirates of the carribean: dead man's chest
