Its a calculus question. Pressure on a plane suspended in a tank of water parallel to the depth is porportional to depth. So, the pressure will be most at the bottom of the tank, I think. You might want to hire some high school smarty pants to figure out the exact thing for you, or just do the calculus yourself.
