What should i say i have to do early so people will leave at a decent hour? Something reasonable & believeable.

accidentally run out of alcohol around 11 , by 12 everybody will be gone

What is a descent hour? It's a party, there will be no shooting, no drugs and no looting. Just good friends getting together to have good time. Why spoil it with your descent hour none sense. Do you do this all the tme? Then chill.
Island people party till the break a dawn and life goes on. Don't worry be happy and have a party. Let people have a good time. You to have a good time. If you are tired go to bed and let everyone find their way home or let them crash over. How old are they? If they are adults they will leave without you resorting to trickery.

Send invitations stating start time and end time of the party. Staying until 4:00 a.m. or anytime past what the host stated is inappropriate. You would be not be impolite then to ask guests to leave that have stayed past the time stated.

Throw it like at 6:00pm and send out invitations and write 6:00-10:00 most people will leave untill like 11:00

Are you sending out invites? If so, write specific times of the party. OR rent a spot and tell eveyone you have it rented from 8p-12a and have to be out by that time. If you are having the party at your place, excuse yourself and ask your guests to be sure to lock up when they leave OR when you feel the party is over, tell everyone, "OK, party's over...goodnight"

Tell them that you had an exam for life insurance that your parents were getting on you and that you must give blood at 1am the next morning and also do a stress test and physical endurance regiment, ..You want to be at your best so you need to be asleep by at least Midnight ( maybe they will be out of there by 1am or so)

I don't know that that's realistic. Parties tend to have a mind of their own. Tell everyone you have to leave town early the next day...

Let them know that they have to leave before a certain hour because you are busy and you need your sleep. JUst tell them, they would understand. You are in charge of this party, not them.

You should start way early and do all this stuff like having a dance contest or things that will make them tired I did the exact same thing and it worked!!!
