write everything down. Try not to complain. Say, "Miss X does not let us go to the bathroom by ourselves, even though we have done nothing to disprove that we are responsible 6th graders"
"We feel as though we are not learning the things we need to know. (give an example of a time when you feel that you could be learning, but are not.)
take your list and visit the principal. It's their job to make sure that you are learning. Don't complain, but say "We are very frustrated because our new teacher doesn't understand what we need." Your principal should take your requests into consideration. As them to visit your classroom (unannounced) so they can see it happening.
If this does not work, have a parent or a group of parents talk to the principal.
Good luck!

Even though she has been through many years of teaching she might not be aware of her methods. I suggest you leave her a little letter by her desk that signs anonymous. Respectfully write her all your mental baggages against her, making sure you won't hurt her feelings. Start with something like... dear mirs.... id like u to know ur a great teacher... your strong points are....we love the way you..... then bring up what you didn't like about her.
our school has a teacher evaluation to make sure that the students could say what they want to say about their teachers. Of course it was done anonymously.
Good luck!

Tell her how you feel about having her follow you around. Then she'll understand. I had a horrible teacher too back in 5th and 6th grade. He wanted me to fail school, but mostly he hated me. Good Luck with yours!

She won't be the last bad teacher you have. You have to learn to deal with personalities you don't like. When you graduate from school, you might have a boss you don't like. So learn to deal with her and do the best you can.

wow.
she is bad.
No question marks in your subject line.
Stopped, not stop.
Pregnant, not pregnet.
We, not WE.
Freedom. From the first...
Teaches, not teeaches.
If you're going to phrase it like that, say taught.
Don't start a sentence with 'And.'
and your education is pretty much complete. Drop out!

Let your parents know that you are not learning anything, and be serious about it. They will take care of it by going to the principal.

grow up and deal with it..all teachers are not going to be the same and as you get older they will be more strict. She had one strike against her when she came in..having to take over someone elses class.
