Broken, obviously since it takes longer to heal.

I'd say it depends on the specific bone and the exact type of injury. I've had minor bone fractures that hardly hurt at all and I've had bone bruises that ached for a week. Neither of them hurt as much as tearing the ligaments in my ankle! But I worked at a hospital for a while and I saw people screaming in real agony while their badly broken bones were set - the worst is when the bone breaks so bad that the end tears through the muscle and pokes through the skin (compound fracture). And burns seem to hurt even worse. Ask anyone who works in a burn ward.

my femor bone is bruised & broken. It hurts constantly. The bruised bone feeling never goes away but the pain from the shattered bones will ease up a little.

well i guess a bruised bone coz then once its over the mark is still there to remind you of the pain

That's a hard call since everyone has a different 'pain threshold' and the severity of breakage or bruising to be considered.

a buised bone will hurt less but for longer. a broken bone will hurt more for shorter.

broken, i've had both, especially if they have ot crack the bone back into place. Ha i have a broken wrist right now lol
