For example at fast foods or malls or anywhere you buy stuff you only see females working there? Also there are no guys working at Tim Hortons how come?

It is because there is a glass ceiling. Women can't get high-powered jobs as easily, so they are stuck in the low-level ones.

Women usualy go to malls to look for work while men usualy dont. All my sisters worked in malls but I never have. With women being better at retail I dont believe that is true. I worked with women and they have to deal with sexually harrassment or being treated like garbage by male customers. Also if the manager likes the girl then she tends to become lazy. my own experiences but I am sure you all have your own

there are some guys working at tim hortons but not as many as women. i think there are more women because women are nicer and better at customer service then men.
