by a cop and you can't help but notice that this cop is fine! Like slammin'! She or he (for the ladies. Gotta be politically correct) isn't wearing a ring. You're gettin' a ticket either way, so how sick would it be to ask if they were single and if they'd like to go out somemtime? (lol)

I agree with fullofsugaw. It is ok, but don't do it when you are getting a ticket. Make sure you can read the name on the citation or get the badge number. Call the precint and ask for the officer to call you back... do it pretty soon though or they might not remember you.
You could just ask them then if you are going to have to go to go to court in order to see them again or if you could by them lunch after you get the citation paid.
Happens ALL the time.
I have a cop friend that married a girl he met on a traffic stop. And yes, she did get a ticket! lol

The Police Officer would have to be very careful as there would be a professional integrity issue, as an officer cannot be seen to take advantage of people due to their authoritive position.
You may also get yourself into trouble if the Officer perceives that you're using your body to 'bribe' them!

I wouldn't do this...the cop might think that you are trying to get out of the ticket in exchange for sex, which might be construed as bribing an officer or perhaps even prostitution....

They might get you for harassment if they are a jerk. But i am sure it happens alot. ask a cop next time your in a exxon or cop stop thats same sex if it's ok and how to ask. Make sure you tell them your not talking about them though just to get it straight.

make sure the cop knows your not asking to get out of a ticket but heck yeah..nothing wrong with asking..the worst thing that can happen is they say no right???

No matter how slamming he or she is just remember to be respectful, and know that he or she is giving you a ticket for an offense and he/she might not see you as someone they would like to date OK.

I don't think it would be sick, but I'd get their name and find a way to ask them some other time than when you were getting pulled over.
