Mt topic is about lead and the effects lead has on adults and children. I also have some examples I will be using in this speech. Should I use them or not?

What you need in a speech is bullet points. Outline should be:

Introduction: start with an interesting story that in end says and what was the cause of this "lead posioning". Find a true interesting story that will get the audiences attention. Then after the story say I will be talking about 1, 2, 3, etc. You need to say the 1 2 and 3 for each point of your speech.

Point 1 whatever you have found

Point 2

Point 3

More points if there are

Conclusion: Wrap up review saying point 1 2 3 again. This way the audience will remember that you had 3 important points in your speech and it helps them remember what the speech was about.
